This inbox is read by the one person who builds and maintains PuzzlePrism. There is no support team and no ticket system behind it.

Reporting a bug

The most useful bug report is a short one that can be reproduced. If you can, include:

• Which puzzle type you were using.
• The grid size and the other settings, if you changed them.
• The word list or sentence you pasted in, if you are willing to share it.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• Which browser and device you were on.

One caveat on the third point: your words are never sent to this site, so there is nothing on this end to look up. If a puzzle came out wrong, the only way to reproduce it is with the exact input you used. Paste it into the email if you can.

What this inbox is not

• It is not a place to request custom puzzles. The generator makes them from your own word list, so you can make them yourself right now.
• It is not a classroom or business support line. There is no account to look up.
• It is not checked around the clock. It is one person's side project, so a reply may take a while, and some messages may not get one.
